Arch Rowan is EXR’s Director of New Development and leads the company’s new development division. He works alongside developers and owners to ensure their properties are optimized for the marketplace, priced to perfection, and ready for a successful lease-up or sell-out.

Arch has worked with dozens of institutional, middle-market, and local developer clients across hundreds of new developments. His expertise includes architectural advisory, unit mix, stacking plans and layout efficiency, pricing and market analysis, and getting new properties stabilized and cash flowing.

Arch graduated cum laude from Tulane University, where he studied Latin American Studies and minored in Economics and Political Science. He’s lived all over, from San Francisco and New Orleans to Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
