Anthony trains, oversees, and supports the company's residential agents, making sure they understand the company's software, systems, and business processes. As Director of Talent, Anthony helps drive performance for EXR's clients through its agent body.

Anthony started his real estate career in 2013 working with landlords in Northern Brooklyn. By 2015, he shifted focus to training and development for new agents. He joined EXR in 2018 as the branch manager for the company's Williamsburg office and is now responsible for agent management across all of EXR.
