Born in Astoria, Queens, David spent the majority of his childhood weekends with family in Bushwick and Bed-Stuy. This early exposure to Brooklyn’s charms, cultures, and transformative potential engendered a fundamental interest that led to him pursuing a career in real estate.

Known for his charisma and adaptability, David is undeterred by challenges. He accommodates long-distance clients by utilizing technology like FaceTime and other video services, and he grants clients late-night viewings when time differences necessitate it.

Prior to his commitments at EXR, David worked as a personal banker for Alma Bank for four years and received his associate’s degree in liberal arts from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
